Web Accessibility Statement
This statement explains how KMG 365 Media builds a website that every visitor can use, including people who rely on screen readers, screen magnification, voice control or keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is treated as part of how the site is built and maintained, not as an afterthought.
Last updated: 09-28-2026
Which standard do we work to?
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are the internationally recognized criteria used to judge whether digital content is usable by people with disabilities, and they are the benchmark referenced by most accessibility regulation in the United States.
What is our current conformance status?
Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard and some content does not yet fully conform. We publish this honestly rather than claiming full conformance, because accessibility on a site with regularly published articles is continuous work rather than a finished state.
What accessibility features are already in place?
- Skip to content link for keyboard and screen reader users
- Descriptive alternative text on images
- Semantic heading structure: one H1, then a logical H2 and H3 outline
- Keyboard navigation for menus, links, buttons and form fields
- Declared page language so screen readers pronounce content correctly
- Color contrast checked against WCAG AA on every template
- Reduced-motion preference respected
- Continuous automated scanning as pages are published, with issues logged and fixed
Where are we still improving?
- Third-party embedded content, controlled by its providers; where an embed is the only source of information, the same information is provided as text
- Older documents and downloads that may not be fully tagged; an accessible version is supplied on request
- Complex tables, being reviewed so each reads clearly in a linear order
How do we test the website?
Automated scanning on every page, plus manual checks: keyboard-only navigation of menus and forms, color contrast analysis, readability testing and review of heading order and alternative text as part of publishing.
