- Monthly Website Care and Care+ are month to month from day one.
- Care + Active SEO starts with six months, then month to month. Reason: AI citation movement takes 60 to 120 days to become well nested.
- Thirty days written notice to cancel. No cancellation fee.
- Unused plan minutes reset at the end of each billing period.
- We fix our own errors free and never bill them against your plan time.
- The setup fee is waived when the plan accompanies a premium package. Otherwise there is a one-time $149 onboarding audit.
- Fair Exit: on departure you receive a full export within 5 business days, including every credential, the schema files and all content we were involved with.
- Quiet Client: no client name, logo or result is ever published.
