- Thirty days' written notice to cancel. No cancellation fee. Billing at the start of each period.
- Guarantee: the agreed Search Console or AI-visibility number moves within 60 days or your next month of Care is free.
- Our errors are fixed free and never billed against plan time.
- Unused plan minutes roll forward one month.
- Liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.
- Fair Exit: on departure you receive a full export, every credential, schema files and all content.
